Raeburn House

The Raeburn House, once owned by a rich entrepreneur, is located in the residential area of Stockbridge only 10 minutes walk from Princes Street and is soon to be the flagship of Festival Inns hotel arm with major renovations and extension planned for 2003. Currently, the hotel offers quality accommodation in eight bedrooms, conservatory with wide screen television for all major sporting events, lounge bar, beer garden and private car park. Traditional in décor, the rooms offer accommodation in twin or double bedrooms. There is one family room which has bunk beds. Bathrooms are shared. The rooms have been designed for your comfort and are equipped with: Towels and soaps Complimentary tea/coffee tray Colour television The following are available on request: Hair dryer Iron and ironing board Alarm clock Cot and high chair Long stay rates are available on request. The conservatory is ideal for meals and family gatherings. The bar menu operates from 9am until 9pm with a wide selection of starters, main courses and sweets. For group bookings, advance notice is required. We are also able to recommend the Beluga Canteen Restaurant located on Chambers Street for fine dining and the Conservatory Restaurant at the Royal Ettrick Hotel in Polwarth. There is a night porter on duty throughout the night should you require assistance. Our full Scottish breakfast is included in all rates, and served in the conservatory between 7.30am and 9.30am Monday - Friday and from 8am and 10am at the weekend. Continental breakfast commences 30 minutes prior to these times.
