Kings Manor Hotel

The Kings Manor Hotel is a family owned and run hotel in the eastern suburbs of Edinburgh. The hotel is convenient for the city centre and yet only 10 minutes walk from Portobello beach. The beaches and golf courses of East Lothian are only a short drive away, as are the scenic Lammermuir Hills which roll into the Scottish Borders. Comfort and convenience The Kings Manor has 67 bedrooms. All are tastefully furnished and have: en-suite bathroom, satellite TVand radio, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, hospitality tray. Whilst all our rooms are of sufficient standard to be graded at 3-star 65% some of our rooms are a little larger and these are graded as superior. We also have a selection of rooms that provide an even higher standard of furnishings and are amongst the largest rooms we have. Executive Rooms These executive grade rooms also have minibars trouser presses. Most of the executive rooms have views either over the sea or south towards the Lammermuir hills. We have five rooms on the ground floor for those with mobility problems and two rooms fully adapted for use by unaided wheelchair users. Most of our rooms are served by our lift.
